They make some of the absolute best caramel iced coffees, this is the only location i will order it from bc Roanoke always makes theirs alittle too watery for my taste.
I ordered a side of grace/ side of bacon. The grits were so watery no butter and I only was given two pieces of bacon . I’ve visited other Jacks and the grits have been thicker w/ butter and some have been too buttery however; I do receive at least four to five pieces of bacon . Please do better at this location
The food is good here, but it's dirty on the inside, and the employees aren't nice at all.
