It was great
I always have a pleasant experience at every Jack's I've been to. Today I went to get some food for my family to go at the Grenada one and I had to tell about it. It was 12:30 and very busy. The young lady at the register had just taken 2 large orders before my large complex order. She was so kind but she missed one little change of fries to Mac n cheese. I didn't notice it. The food was great. But the strawberry milkshake was extremely good. Prices were very low. Loved this place.
Consistent
Terribly slow service. Manager was polite, but the footer workers were uninterested and unmotivated. Lots of people standing around not helping customers.
