I have eaten food from this restaurant a few times. I don’t know why I keep going back. I ordered a hamburger and fries today and the food was so cold. There was no warmth at all to the meat or the fries. I don’t think the bun was fresh, it was dry and hard in places. I checked the bun for mold and didn’t see any. I feel like the food had been sitting out for a while, and they didn’t bother to even warm it up. On a positive note, the staff is usually courteous. (Albany location)
Very disappointed I come here often but seems like the employees don’t want to work here or so I have noticed sometimes nice but sometimes not here is a picture of my order of grilled chicken without tomato while I didn’t say I dont want it they just didn’t put it on my order I am writing this because im tired and wants someone to fix it there is always trouble with orders
Terrible experience does not touch what going here was like. I do not think the staff can properly tie there shoes without help. Highly disrespectful people with no knowledge on how to even put your order into the computer. The food took 30 mins for 2 meals that I ordered inside at the counter, and the food was cold. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open and how the Manager of this establishment is still employed.
