This Jack’s is something else and not in a good way. Last Sunday I put in an online order and it took over 30 minutes to get my order after I arrived. What’s the point of making an online order if five other orders behind you in person got their orders first?? I stopped here today and used some points to get a small milkshake. It was delicious and the service was great. I do stop here every time I go to Wetumpka to the casino, going to or coming from wetumpka to Alex City. Not all times have been a 5 rating but they do a great job and I’m glad they’re there. All great but took a minute to receive my food through drive through!
I will not be going back to this location in eclectic. I have given them several chances it eather the wrong food or they do not have what I ask for such as chicken or tinders. The last time I went , I was even told they were out of salt and ketchup.I would do better off with just asking for a $20 mystery bag.Because that's what i'm gonna get anyway.
