I was only on for a short period as I took my order to go. The food was fabulous and hot and cooked to the tea but the service was not so great. Nobody smiled as I entered, nobody greeted me with a welcome to Jack's may I take your order therefore the overall service left me wanting. I just say that usually the service is to there with the food. I guess there are new people? Whatever the problem is it needs to be corrected because without a friendly service the food taste just like the service in my mind.
8/26/25 around 7 at night 2 employees were talking when my dad walked into the restaurant. He had to ask them if he could place an order, he was not greeted when he walked in and they continued to have a conversation. While he waited for his food a manager came out and told 2 teenagers that they could not wait for there ride to show up. At this point it’s dark outside and the kids do not have anywhere to go.
