Food was delicious. People in the back were great. The short older lady at the register was terrible. Going to cost you customers. I highly recommend removing her from the front. Very rude
We went to the one in summerville al. They always have food all over the floors, the appliances look like they haven't been scrubbed in years, bad service. I have complained 3 times to manager he doesn't care
Gave me someone else's order in the drive through. You get down the road, reach in for your sandwich and stick your hand in a spilled order of gravy and biscuit. Have to turn around and go back, go inside, explain what happened. No, "sorry", no compensation, just another long wait for the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combos you ordered.
I went thru the drive thru said my order and the guy taking my order cut me off multiple times while I was trying to order I even had to say please stop cutting me off so I can order then his reply was he training and trying to show someone how to do it he made me feel rushed and kept getting the order wrong bc he wouldn’t listen to me instead kept rushing and talking over me then when I said just forget it I drove around to leave he yelled out the window to have a good day it’s rude and not what good customer service is
