Chicken is freshly cooked and very good. The chicken pieces, i.e., legs, and thighs are very small and not worth the price they charge. Service was fair. The staff could use some training. We ordered a box of 8 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, & gravy. As my husband was driving off, I checked our bag of food, and had him go back through the drive thru, once again for eating utensils, napkins and condiments. It only makes sense to enclose eating utensils since we ordered mashed potatoes & gravy.
