Online order was so wrong. And I had to wait on my order when I got there. It just didn't make sense to me. This kind of stuff is frustrating.
As of a few months ago, this Jacks has consistently went down but tonight was the last straw! We ordered 2 Cx tender plates to go, we didnt heat them up to eat for a couple hours and both plates had the soup of green beans with a spoonful of actual beans in it! I would like to add to this post , every time I come to this restaurant they have no ranch, no one attempts to make any. It's ridiculous that they are consistently out of ranch when the sale salads and wings!!!!
After waiting for nearly 10 minutes at the counter with no acknowledgement by the staff, we left without placing an order. I won't be back. It wasn't busy or crowded, just poor staff.
Thought I would treat myself to a chocolate milkshake on the way home the other night - what a mistake that was. There was one car in front of me but my wait was still 10 minutes. The milkshake was horrible! Weird chunky and crunchy bits throughout and the flavor was off. I took maybe 4 sips and then trashed it. Will not be stopping by again and I guess if I want a milkshake I’ll try my luck at the McDonalds next door.
