Mediocre food. Mediocre service. Usually not too long of a wait for service and food. Slow all the way around. Fairly friendly staff with the exception of a couple. Just be prepared to wait a minute.

I'm done with Jacks in Tallassee, they did not put my sandwich in the bag, I discovered it after I got home, it's not the first time this has happened, I usually catch it. Listen the lady at window around 12:30 today had an attitude and that's fine it's fast food I get it, but don't have an attitude and mess my order up on top of it. Besides the fries are almost always stale and the chicken sandwich is stale most of the time too, just gross. I'm done .

I just came through to pick up an online order for a big family pack of chicken and not only did they forget the 5 biscuits with it when i went back in to get them i was questioned if i even looked and was told it was because we ordered too much food. Who i assume was the manager on duty was blunt rude and unprofessional as were here coworkers. They also gave me an Unsweet sweet tea.
