Been coming sporadically for years and this location is usually great! I went this past Friday and a young black man with tattoos was working the window. He was the best employee I’ve ever encountered! He was so sweet and made sure I had everything I requested.
Jacks opens at 500 am. At 620 am, I was at the drive thru and they told me it would be another 20 minutes. I told them I would wait there, but they told me to come on around. At window I was told I could not wait there either because it would make their service time to long. There was customers inside the store. I just left. If their equipment is broke, then its not their fault and they should not be sending customers away.
