The best food ever!
Make the best shakes, it close to the house.
I ordered an online order, it said it was at Jacks in curry. We get there, there is no online order but my card was charged. I spoke with Loretta, she looked at the order and where I’d been charged for it. She made our whole order really fast too! Best customer service I’ve had at any fast food place in a very long time! Thankyou Loretta for making a stressful situation into a great experience!
I placed a mobile order(including 2 milkshakes), and when we got there, we had to pull up. No problem.... The problem came when we waited for 15-20 minutes without them bringing our food to us...... I walk in and find it sitting on the Doordash pickup counter.... WHAT!? And of course, the milkshakes were halfway melted 🙄
The service isn't the best by any means, and the food is disgusting! If you want your food drenched in grease then this your place to go! I don't know how the kitchen hasn't been shut down. Eat with caution! ⚠️
