Treated me with a friendly professional atmosphere
Everytime I come here their always so rude for no absolute reason. You try and order something then once you get done saying the combo you want they automatically tell you you're total and continue to be absolutely rude when you say you have more to order, then you get to the window and they obviously don't communicate as you get asked if you paid 5 times within 5 minutes yet not a simple, hello, how are you?Have you tried our blank blank blank, then they always have your order wrong.And then when you go in and say something... read more
I love the crew at my hometown Jacks. The food is usually excellent. On the rare occasion when it isn’t, they make it right.
The people at the window were so nice and made my drive thru experience a 10/10!
