Friendly employee and fast service.
Friendly and informative. Helped with what we wanted , no problem.
Always good food. Southern favorites, fried chicken, country fried steak, biscuit and sausage sawmill gravy, grits and fried eggs, and you cant go wrong with a traditional fast food style burger and milkshake. As with all fast food, service can be hit or miss from "great" to "just good" depending on location, but never bad. Jack's is primarily located only in Alabama with very few stores in neighboring states close to the state line - but if you find yourself here and looking for something local this won't be a disappointme... read more
