Window person was very nice and food was great, everyone we ordered
Too long of a wait, even times they're not busy!! Some of their workers are rude and act like you're bothering them. Grits like water and couldn't eat them. We liked Jack's alot, but now they're on their way out. Poor management that will hire anybody, what ever happened to good customer service??
