Great service and food is delicious and the prices are good
This used to be the best jacks and the only one we would go to, but has turned into the WORST! The past 3 times we’ve been the food has been so messed up. Won’t go back because I know it won’t be right.
Bad service. 10:50 PM and it closes at 11 PM, doesn't mean you don't answer drive thru because it's close to end of shift.
Besides lunch JUST starting to be served and our food being ice cold. Our order being made completely wrong, and neither the lobby nor the drive thru was busy. With all of that being said, I was mostly disappointed when I finished my meal and began observing up towards the kitchen, and a younger gentleman goes to the back and reaches for a grilled chicken patty and drops it in the floor.
