Getting called a thief for YALLS mess up is NOT okay. It's NOT my fault y'all put grits instead of the other biscuit. I come there every single day and it's always a mess up. From the side of eggs to not getting ketchup. I'm not a thief. I will NEVER do business at a jacks again. Corporate will be called.
I love jack’s so much , enjoyed the customers and the manager , & others everybody did great tonight i showed great customer service .
I had the most amazing experience at the Jacksonville AL location this morning! Victoria provided the best customer service I've had anywhere this year. 10/10!
