We paid over $60.00 with a $7.something tip to the driver and we were missing a fry order and drink. The stuff was sloppy, cold and bland. The chkn fingers are small, skinny,hard, chewy and pathetic. Barely any fries and they were skinny and bland too. What happen to the thick crinkle cut with chz salt?... Done with Jacks! Dissapointing and over priced. The greed and carelessness is disgusting
Corn dogs were burnt and old fries tasted like the deep fryer hasn’t been changed in a bit. Won’t go back to this location!
My go-to spot whenever I'm visiting family in Jacksonville! Ordered a pretty big family meal here tonight. The gentleman at the counter gave us consistent updates on the order progress so we weren't out of the loop. He said "sorry for the wait guys, but I like to have these kinds of orders fresh". Outstanding service here from all who interacted with us. Happy to know they care about providing a great experience and even better food. Love Jacks!
