Great friendly service. Good food at a reasonable price
One of the chicken biscuits weren’t fully cooked the biscuit and the chicken, staff was rude I asked if they had the hash brown bowl because other jacks have them and they said no that they aren’t Waffle House
At the bottom of my chicken meal there was a long strand of hair. I didn’t realize it until I was pulling the hair out of my mouth after biting into it. Truly disgusting. I went inside and let them know and they didn’t seem to care all that much. The manager saw me holding a plate that I had just gotten from the drive through, heard me say “excuse me,” and she sent her employee to deal with it. She wouldn’t even come greet me herself. The burgers were really good. One of the best fast food burgers I have ever had. They use quality ingredients and put their burgers on premium buns. I enjoy stopping in whenever I am in the area.
