I did a mobile order about 3 weeks ago. Im still waiting on someone to contact me about my complaint. I pulled up and told them I had a mobile order. They told me to come to the window. I pull up to window they tell me to pull up and someone would bring the order out. I see at least 3 more vehicles pull up and order and get there meals. I dont know why i had to wait. I just had a regular cheeseburger with all the trimmings and fries. Both were very good. Service was quick. Friendly.
Gave em' another chance, ordered 3 dinners, drive 18 miles home, no freaking biscuits. Come on, what up with y'all's service, the food is great. Service is crap. No Ice Cream, said machine doesn't work. Ordered Bigger Jack with mustard, pickle, and onion, got a Big Jack with 1 peice of cheese and ketchup. I repeated my order 3 times, the girl repeated it back to me, and still got it wrong. When they fixed the bigger Jack it only had 2 PCs of cheese instead of 3.
