We placed a $56 order, when we first picked it up they forgot four separate items including a meal, fries a side and two pies. We went back and asked for what we were missing (I ordered the big bold bbq burger and loaded Mac and cheese) they then gave me a regular cheeseburger and regular Mac and cheese. Crappy service. Disappointed.
Best fast food in the south.
The slowest Jacks I've ever been in. The staff only have 1 speed, slow and they don't seem to care. Avoid at all cost if you're remotely in an a hurry. The chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuits were very good. Many of the tables needed cleaned off.
We came in with three kids. Two of the kids teas were sour, we substituted Dr. Pepper. My burger was cold. My grandsons mac and cheese was soured too. The kitchen was filthy even though there were no cars in the parking lot.
