I don’t know who runs the Jacks in Hamilton, Alabama… but someone seriously needs to get a handle on the night shift managers and crew. we sat in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes. FORTY. FIVE. MINUTES. At a fast food restaurant. We waited 30 minutes before we even got to the intercom. When we finally did, the lady who took our order was rude, short, and very clearly did not want to be there. It showed in her tone and attitude.
