This was my first time at a Jack's. A friend recommended stopping there on the way home from vacation. Now I wish we had one where we live
To start with I had to wait 8 minutes at the drive-thru for someone to answer to take my order and there was nobody in front of me. For the second day in a row my order has been screwed up so today I called and when someone answered I started telling them what had happened and they hung up on me. This Jacks is starting to go down very badly.
I live in Arkansas everytime we drive thru Alabama I stop because I love Jacks I wish we had them in Arkansas!!! It was amazing!!!! Great food and Great service as always!!
