Always a great experience at Jack's at Jack's in Fayette, Alabama. Staff is great food is good.
Everyone is always so friendly when we go in. My daughter loves the food. We eat there quite often and will definitely visit the fayette al branch more.
What does it take for my food to get made right?! Chicken fingers were not even done all the way. This makes people sick!! Ecoli is a thing. The short pregnant manager needs to do her job and look at these things! What is going on ? Do yall want people to get sick?
I came in after breakfast was over and Kim the general manager was more than happy to cook my kids breakfast. Everyone was very nice and the food was great!
I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TABITHA WAS MEAN AND HURTFUL TO MY DUCK , SHE CRITICIZED THE WHITE AROUND HER EYE AND WANTED IMMEDIATE PAYMENT AND ALSO RUSHED ME TO MAKE A DECISION ON WHAT I WANTED I got the catfish basket which the fries were ugly and catfish was soggy soggy The dr.pepper was flat Also she made me pick up a ketchup packet off the floor and scolded me for doing it wrong Im so upset I just wanted to enjoy my off day with my daughter and husband 😪
