They move to slow and every employee hates there job and it shows
First time here was soon after it opened and the drive thru was VERY long but went inside and received great service and good food in short order! Second time here was the opposite experience. Not many people in line inside or out and we waited a full 45 minutes to order and get our food! It was the slowest fast food I've ever seen! Several of the workers seemed clueless what was going on and just stood around doing nothing. Food was still good but not worth it for waiting so long.
A filthy fly ridden dump that needs a visit from the health department ASAP! Don't waste your time or money...
8 o clock on a Tuesday. Didn't have sides made, so 6 to get the cold fries. Cold mashed potatoes. Burger was cold and couldn't even melt the cheese. Chicken fingers tiny and cold. Biscuit was hard. I could knock it on the table. First and only time at Jack's. Shouldn't have given it that try when only 3 people inside one person got tired of waiting and walked out.
