Little girls in the drive-thru need to be reminded of basic customer service skills. I know those poor managers are trying their best but these kids are extremely rude. Not that hard to say you’re welcome when the customer says thank you for food. You don’t get smart with customers over the speaker just because you’re not gonna be the one at the window to hand off food.
