Had a bad experience ordered a double big jack combo with only lettuce, ketchup , and mayo they put tomato on the sandwich the lady opened the sandwich up and took the tomato off add ketchup and then gave it back to me when she was supposed to throw that sandwich out and prepared another one so I was not happy about that so I gave it back and got my money back that was so unprofessional Jack’s you got to do better.

If you order the chopped steak, they will give you 3 hamburger patties with gravy on top. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
We stopped by for a quick bite and some ice cream and we're very impressed with how well it was run and how attentive the staff was.
