Never get what you order if you go through drive thru!!! Can’t get anyone to answer phone when you call!!
Had a bad experience ordered a double big jack combo with only lettuce, ketchup , and mayo they put tomato on the sandwich the lady opened the sandwich up and took the tomato off add ketchup and then gave it back to me when she was supposed to throw that sandwich out and prepared another one so I was not happy about that so I gave it back and got my money back that was so unprofessional Jack’s you got to do better.
