Husband went through drive through. Breakfast menu was still up so he ordered breakfast items. The guy that took the order didn't tell him they was no longer serving breakfast and gave us random lunch items. F-
They gave me the wrong order soon as I came in they fixed it and was so sweet thank y'all so much!
Best Bacon Cheese Burger ever
This has been the best Jacks hamburger restaurant that I have eaten at. The food for fast food was very good and it seem like the staff cared about the food and service.
Roughly ~60% of the time the food is just above lukewarm in temp. ~roughly 25-30% of the time my order is incomplete or wrong. And below is the 4th chicken finger in my son's 4pc chicken finger snack plate. This store really needs to get it together. It wasn't even busy when I went by a few minutes ago and yet you gave me that burnt 1/4 piece of chicken finger and forgot two items on my order that I had remind the staff of. And it wasn't even busy. Like I was one of two cars in the drive through.
