I have ask for my breakfast sandwich to be cooked, I get just plain loaf bread. Cheese isn’t melted, and the hash browns are almost as raw. I order this combo that is over $10 and ask for it to be cooked longer- NEVER IS!!! I have tried to contact the store the line rings and dc the call. The young lady at window is amazing the only positive thing about jacks!!!
Got more & better food for the money at Chili’s 3 for me. This is why people go out of town. The fries in the picture have not been eaten from. This is how it came!
Genuinely a waste of money. Always undercooked and something is wrong on every single breakfast order.
