Our order was placed at 12:53. We received our order at 1:14. Hamburger, ff, sweet tea and cookies/cream. Staff on counter waited on 1 customer at a time. (What appeared to be part of management.) One of the staff in the kitchen area was on her phone. Floors in kitchen area and dinning area needed to be swept. No ice in drink dispenser.
What happened to Jack's? Service has gone way down. Rude people working there now and you can now see how business has gone down. Unless there are drastic changes I don't recommend them.
It took 30 minutes just to get to the window to proceed to wait 10 minutes for my order. That was already made in a bag that we could see
