The lady who took my order was courteous and professional. She made my day! Definitely going back
Had to tell the hostess 4 times what our order was, and she still screwed up the order, which is a common occurrence at Amory's Jacks. Great food, service poor.

Dear Jack’s Customer Service, I wanted to share my recent experience at your location. I went through the drive-thru last night and was very disappointed with the level of service I received. While placing my order, the employee repeatedly asked, “Is that it?” in a rushed and impatient tone, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by ordering.
