Employee blamed me for the mistake they made taking my order. Got a refund and won’t be back.
I had to come home and cook what was supposed to be crispy bacon on 2 biscuits but the just bacon biscuit was crispy and was not supposed I see to be. Then I open the grits to find that there is about 3 table spoons and they are not even warm. This happens everytime I go to Jacks in Albertville. So , I will most likely not be returning. I waited a year before I gave them another try, I guess it will be years this time.
I have to say I love this place morning shift every day that I come in are super friendly super helpful very patient with me because my appetite is not normal but they always make sure to get me exactly what I want. I have to give them a huge shout out for being such an amazing crew even on the busy days! Keep up the great work morning crew yall are amazing. I never leave disappointed that’s for sure!
