The lady who waited on us was polite and professional. I cannot say the same about one of the kitchen workers. I was in the middle of giving my order to the lady and this guy comes walking up and starts talking to her. Completely talking over me. To her credit she gave him a look. But it didn't seem to matter. Was not a happy customer that night.
We got a 3 pc bone in dinner upgraded the chicken to white meat and the chicken had barely any meat on them. Also got the 3 patty burger and it was missing the lettuce, condiments and the was purely disgusting. And I waited for my food. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
Not even open anymore.
Just now came through the drive thru for breakfast . Grouchiest people at the window .
Jack's let me down I got a number 7 a chicken tender meal the chicken was tiny like chicken for a kids meal my pawpaws burger was tiny the soda machine carbonation was broken everything the drinks were horrible I live in a area where there is no Jack's but when I come to Tennessee I love eating here. I am gonna try Adamsville but if that one is bad I won't be going to no more Jack's I see why no one is there.
