Needed a dozen biscuits for Bible Study, JACK'S fixed us up quickly w/ fresh HOT Buttermilk Biscuits that were a hit. Friendly, I DO recommend.
This review is for the Jack's in Savannah Tennessee. I just visited for breakfast this morning. I paid cash. I ordered a deluxe breakfast combo with chicken and two Bacon breakfast wraps. I asked for extra bacon on my wraps and for the bacon to be extra crispy. My fiance liked his breakfast combo but they were stingy on the chicken and portions. I realize this is an entry level job but the workers have to at least try to do a good job. The orders are never done correctly. The food isn’t fresh. There’s always something missing.
I am not happy with the jacks in savannah Tn I had to wait an hour for my food and when I got home they left out part of my order. The manager honestly didn't care and really didn't want to give me a refund.
