They always make sure my food is prepared the way I ask for it. They make the food in a timely manner. The employees are also pleasant. Jack's is one of my favorite restaurants.
This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Jack’s Family Restaurant in Starkville. To be clear, my issue was not with the food. The food is actually good. I do doordash. This was the most unprofessional employees I've ever dealt with in my life I literally waited 45 minutes to pick up an order. No help whatsoever from the employees. They had a lady at the register that absolutely knew nothing of what she was doing . I'll never go back there again not even to pick up someone's order if I have to pick up at Jack's I'm not accepting it
I had to repeat my order 3 times and still didn’t receive what I ordered highly don’t recommend jacks in Starkville ms until they get better management. This isn’t the first time of it happening to me.
