First and foremost I love me some jacks! The service was great! The only down fall at this location the sweet tea tasted mildew, moldy And the fries was soggy
Staff are always top notch. Food is good. Atmosphere is great. Only negative is seeing dead flies in window sills and having to eat on ever sticky tables. I think it's the actual tables. They are not ideal.
Today was at North Jack's and the new girl with the red hair it is falling all out in the food ordered chicken snack and had red hair in it was red hair down the side of my drink cup the manager gave me back my money and I do thank her for that but if you are handling food YOU NEED A HAIR NET THIS SAME THING HAPPENED AT THE SOUTH JACKS ANDDID NOT GET BACK FOOD OR MONEY THAT IS STEALING. Slow drive thru service. Never seen anything this slow in awhile. Asked for comeback sauce with a 4 piece and got honey mustard. I don't like being rude but c'mon.
