Unsure who Mrs. J is, but apparently she enjoys being rude when half of your order is left off. Ordering over $40 worth of food and getting home to some of it missing & sending my son back up there to get what was left off only for him to be spoken to like he’s an idiot and lying about it. I have no reason to lie about all the sides being left off the family meal I ordered. It’s so hit or miss at this location..
The only good thing at Jacks is the fried fattening apple pie. The corn dogs were ok but you got rid of those. To me Jacks is a place you have to grow up with in order to like it.
The place has a fireplace and it's great but if you want the basic fast food you need to order VERY simply or it's gonna come out overpriced or not as you ordered.
