I have decided my family and I like the fried chicken dinner here better than other options. I went through the to go car order pickup line. Not a long wait.
Had a whole crew working and still took almost 25 minutes with only one person ahead of me in line. Only ordered chicken tenders and fries. Staff was nice though.
If you’re looking for someone to have a bad attitude with you and to be sent home without the food you ordered, this is definitely the Jack’s location for you. The food & service USED to be pretty good. The staff clearly majored in eye rolls and minored in not caring. I guess accuracy and basic courtesy aren’t part of the job description. We got to Jack' s and ordered 2 meals, usually they put the seasoning on the fries. We got no salt or seasoning. Went back in to let them know that there was no salt or seasoning on the fries. The girl that was in the drive-thru told me that I should have asked for seasoning or salt ( in a smart way). Isn't that why we go to Jack's is because of the seasoning on the fries? How rude! We had to pull up and wait for 15 minutes....You can't get good service anymore. This was at 4:08 p.m Thursday evening.
