Good food, but Slow... Slow... Slow...
Went to drive thru, car pulls away from speaker we pull up and voice says we will be right with you, 4 mins later a very happy voice says I'm sorry I didn't know you pulled up. We order and got milkshakes with our food, we get food and are asked to pull up and they'll bring shakes out. 8 mins go by , my husband gets out and goes in with receipt and there melting away on the counter are our shakes. When I started to work there I was really unsure about how it would go as most people are. Very quickly they have helped me right into being a big loving family. I love it there and thank jacks for giving me a wonderful place to work. They all treat me really good there. I love the work ethics and how positive and uplifting they are.
I requested no salt on my fries due to my doctor's advise. Reduce sodium. Our burgers were ready sitting on the counter. I walked up to wait on the fries. The manager told the cashier to remove the fries from the warmer and put them back in the grease. She didn't know I was right there at the counter. I told them I no longer wanted to eat and needed a refund. They had the cashier come to the dinning area to let me know my refund was completed. No receipt or proof.
