Great little place to eat service was awesome
Not really a big Jacks Fan. It's not all that great
Was cussed by an older lady and a redhead in a red shirt, also had my food thrown at me forcefully, all because 2 different people took the order and had it confused. The gravy biscuits were pouring into the bag before I ever got it. Was also charged for food I didn’t receive or order. I have never been so disgusted by someone’s poor customer service, do not eat here!!!! Update: was just called by the redhead after filling a complaint and told I didn’t need to be complaining because she didn’t care and she wasn’t rude!!!
Had a Big Jack with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans!! Their peanut butter and cookies milk shake is soooo good!!
