Always check your food and make sure it is what you ordered, they have gotten my order wrong many times
Linda in the drive thru at 1030 in the morning was the rudest employee ever because she had to do her job and take off the 10% discount on our food because we have a school discount card.
Great location. Henagar doesn’t have much to choose from, so it’s good to know that this Jack’s is here. The staff was very nice, and the food was good.
I waited in line for 30 minutes for 5 milkshakes. They made my milkshakes and HANDED THEM OUT TO OTHER PEOPLE (this is what the manager told me) and then told us to wait. Got shorted 6$ last time I was there as well
