Me and my Family came into this jacks after visiting the falls trying to eat and enjoy however when we went in nobody came to greets us or try to help us they wasn’t busy only had one person in the the drive thru and on top of all of that the manager rolled her eyes the heavy set on with a short cut black bob very disappointed and rude ! Never will come back to this place again!!!

This Jacks has completely went all the way down hill. A little over a year ago, I stopped eating there for a while when I found a roach leg hanging off the cheese of my burger (I had a picture that I sent to management at that time but since then I’ve deleted it or I’d post it). The food was very good. Unfortunately I didn't get all my food. I ordered a 2 piece, breast and leg, and I only got the leg. It was a pick-up order, so I couldn't go back and get it. No time. So just be sure to check your bag.
