Our very first visit to a Jacks... we wanted to try it, but stood at the counter for 5 minutes.....were not even acknowledged as workers walked by with an ice cream cooler right in front of us. Nobody said a word to us....not welcome, not hi, not we will be right with you...actually the flies buzzing around your restaurant paid more attention to us that the inattentive, rude kids on staff
They don't start making your online order until you arrive there, no matter when you place it. Some people only have a 30 minute lunch break. One of the women working there even remarked "They think it makes them get their food faster but it doesn't." In front of me to another customer. It seemed very unprofessional, the food was good though.
The drive-thru was so slow I left the food is normally good here but today it took them 5 minutes just to deal with the person ahead of me and then they kept telling me to wait for several minutes so I left.
Dawn is the sweetest cashier, and the assistant manager Lee was very sweet, polite and respectful
Best Jacks I've ever eaten at. The food was hot. I've never had hot food at the Jack's in Bessemer Alabama.
