The food was cold and they messed up our simple order and were rude when we went in to explain... I'll never go to the one in Alabama again. Ours in ellisville is delicious
i come here all the time and i normally have no issues, but today there was MOLD in my cup. i, unfortunately, didn’t realize until the drink was gone. the fries were burnt to a crisp as well. disgusting.
