Went in to order and the refused to take our order and kept looking at us like we were stupid. We were there waiting for 20 min. And no one would take our order.
The womens bathrooms were clean but... All three toilets were constantly running, and constantly flushing. The toilet roll holder was empty and a giant roll of paper was hanging precariously from the doorstop on the wall. The hand towel dispenser was empty and there were no hand dryers. The people in the food service area were quietly rude, not looking at people when handing out food, even turning away while handing a drink cup in the opposite direction of where the customer was standing.
