I am beyond frustrated with the service at this Jack's location. Every single time I go through the line and specifically request no breast, they deliberately put a breast on my plate anyway, and when I send it back they’ve even had the nerve to do it AGAIN! As if I won’t check twice.. Jack's allows you to substitute pieces for a fee, and I am always completely fine with paying that extra charge. Food was ok but lacked flavor. French fries were very salty. Ordered DR Pepper and it had a weird taste. If I lived here it would be doubtful if I would eat here again.
