The manager, April, was so nice and made sure that I had a great experience. I love the Jack's on the North end of Fort Payne, AL.
Other then the food being cold and tasteless. It was amazing.
My family went last night. The fries were cold and so we're the burgers. I took the fries up and they remde them theory reason for the 1 star.... the burgers ice cold buns were even hardened like they sat under a heat pamp.too long... instead of remaking them they smiled and put them in a microwave right in front of me!!!!
The girl that works the lunch drive thru window is just rude as hell. They rarely get the order correct and when you point out that you ordered burgers and got chicken fingers, she’ll roll her eyes, huff & puff, and then THROW things at you through the window. We’ll be going elsewhere for lunch from now on. Better service AND food just a few more minutes down the road.
