Quick and friendly service, and they make a good burger.
Calling your customer a liar over an order isn’t how you do business. Husband ordered 4 breakfast combos and only 1 biscuit was missing. When called to request a refund on just the missing sandwich he was told “policy doesn’t allow a refund”. BECAUSE the manager heard me in the background talking she hung up on him. When called back she continued to argue with my husband saying he never placed an order for the refund request. My burger was straight cold, not even a little bit warm. The bacon on it was old and smelled weird. I’m not even going to ask for my money back. I just threw it in the parking lot and won’t be back at this location.
