The service sucks and is joke at this Jacks there is no Management or leadership behind the counter. The customer service is horrible it seems everyone behind the counter had a bad mood and no team work. For a fast food service place this is just horrible just all the way around. Plus, they got multiple things wrong with our order.
Food was hot and fresh dining room was clean
I had a very disappointing experience at Jack's. I ordered the deluxe breakfast combo with a substitution for smoked links, but when I received it, the sausage links clearly had residue and crust on them, indicating they had been taken off a biscuit and not properly prepared. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he dismissively said they could see the links came off another biscuit and offered to make me new ones. I was told to pull up and wait.
