General manager blocking cars in the parking lot causing possible safety issues. When we asked her nicely to move she rudely refused and said no im the general manager and I don't have to move.
Placed an order online because it always takes forever to get it in the drive thru . It said the order would be ready at 8:48 . It was 9:20 before the order came out. And there was hardly anyone there.
Whipped in to get two small milkshakes and let me just say, the girl at the window knows how to make a good milk shake! I am always thankful to live so close to such a good Jacks! The staff at this location have been awesome on many occasions! Thank you to all the employees at this location. If you’re having a bad day, just know that you are making the day of a customer like me!
Cant gate keep this awesome spot! Tried several items on menu: ( burgers, fries, chicken and the breakfast platters) . Food is always so good and customer service is awesome. ( only problem I ever had was eggs was left off platter once. ) The chicken & fries snack is so good and the Jacks cheeseburger is the greatest cheeseburger!
I went to order food and it lasted more than 40 minutes waiting for my order that was only 3 pieces of chicken... the girl who is in the checkout only flirting with a boy, the manager sitting in his office eating, and the other boy talking sitting with the manager in the office, it seems disrespectful to me, if I could put less than 0 stars I would do it, what an unpleasant attention, it was today 06/13/25 at 7:00 in the night shift...
