We order from this jacks too often bc it’s close. But more often than not, they mess up our order and are slow. We used uber eats tonight and it took over an hour, not bc of the driver but bc the food took that long! And then to top it off they didn’t even include everything, we were missing two big items. THEN WHEN WE TRIED TO CALL THEM, the line would not t go thru. Like the line is down?! It’s so frustrating when you try to keep giving a place the benefit of the doubt and not complain too much. But I am done.
Horrible jacks worst worst I've ever seen! People lined up out the door, and the manager you see at the register register keeps sending crew members on break! It took over 30mins to get a deluxe breakfast!
