Me and my kids came in for some milkshakes. It was a wonderful experience fast and friendly service. Very clean atmosphere and delicious food as alway!
Best Jacks in the Shoals area.
We stood 5-6 min at the counter while employees looked at us and said nothing. We tried again a couple of days later. Had chosen fried chicken (10 pc chicken). Alsked for no wings. Got home - all the pcs were primarily wings. I think it would help if the orders were read back to the customers. Also, when a person comes up to the counter, let's make sure an acknowledgement goes out.
