My experience today from Jack’s was amazing. for me to pull up to the speaker and the person on the other end took my order with such grace and kindness. And when I got to the window to pay for my order and pick up my order, they same ambience was still present. I appreciate that because many times I've pulled up to a drive-thru window and, Not Jacks, they don’t even ask how you’re doing, there’s no Smile, they're on their cell phones, back turn to you at the window I didn’t receive any of that. This was my first time having Jack's (Alabama). From an Atlien , it reminded me of Chicfila when it came to options. Super good and will get it again.
The cashier was nice and friendly with a smile.
