Approaching 5pm hour... i was VERY RELUCTANT ordered anyways.... but view of old Foods Fries in basket already cooked bu just hanging out. Chicken and tenders looking and just there plus about 10+ pies in boxes in slot biscuits Just everything was looking trashed and then flies!!! No thx refund please! Asap
I had to go to the restroom and everytime I come it’s amazing clean!!! The only thing that it’s always dark in the women bathroom. Love this place. I live in ga and this place is so nice. The whole team. Mariah and Chad and the manager are amazing
I usually love jacks very much but I got up early and went by before work and it was the worst experience ever. This jacks has really gone downhill. The staff was incredibly rude with an attitude. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but there was only 1 person there aside from me. I ordered 1 bacon egg biscuit with no cheese and after waiting for several minutes, they gave me just an egg biscuit and it looked like someone took a bite out of it. the lady at the drive thru had a terrible attitude and wouldn’t let me order an extra side of fries
The food at this location is cold and doesn't have the new items other locations have. The health department needs come in there and close place down till all the filth is power washed off the walls and dinning chairs and tables .Never seen grimme at this level. Imma add photos
