I recommend going to a different Jack's. Jack's as a company is great, but this particular location tends to operate very poorly in my experience. I've stopped by numerous times, and I literally do not think my food was ever right. The staff can be hit or miss. My most recent experience was bad. The food was wrong, and it was obvious the guy working the window could not have cared less about being there. In that guy's defense though, I doubt Jack's actually pays him enough to care much about being there.
I love jacks. However. This one in particular on the Eastern Blvd in Montgomery has some exceptionally lazy employees... 9 days in a row I've stopped in there at various times, but made it a point each day to stop by. "We're cleaning the milkshake machine right now" well buddy you've been cleaning it for nearly two weeks. You work indoors and have a pretty simple, self explained job, how hard is it to use a milkshake machine... Pathetic. Lazy. And I won't be back there. You guys are really something Montgomery
