On yesterday, I ordered the 3pc chicken dinner. The young lady asked what pieces of chicken I wanted I told her all dark. Customer service was wonderful. I went today to order the same thing and someone different stated that I HAVE to get a breast. I told her I came yesterday and it wasn’t a problem and even when ordering online, it specifically asks you to pick each individual piece. This was the best experience in a fast food place I have had in a long time. Kenya was great!! She greeted and actually talked to the customers. Checked with us to make sure our orders were ok. Addressed us my our names. Thanked us for coming. She did Basic Customer Services that is not done these days. This is probably her true personality. She was comfortable talking to and treating people in a friendly and professional manner. That is a true skill.
