So far, we've been sitting here over 15 minutes for 2 breakfast wraps with hash rounds. Literally no one else in line. Glad I'm not in a hurry!
I don't even consider myself picky. I literally grew up in a trailer. That being said... DO NOT SERVE OLD FOOD! Like be honest- HOW OLD is this food?! 😭😭😭 The other Jack's in Huntsville serves old food as well. Nobody was in line, once again. I can see why. I love Jack's so it's annoying that all the locations in Huntsville are so bad. I mean this chicken was so dried out and overcooked and hard and brick I wonder if it's been days. Decided to try Jack’s for the first time since moving here. I ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there (good), the issue is the fries and coleslaw I ordered were not present (bad). I’m not even going to cry over 5 dollars or go raise hell as opposed to just leaving a poorer review. Good food, restaurant is clean enough for fast food, staff is lukewarm but not rude, but check any order you take out as it’s obvious they don’t even look at what’s supposed to be in the bag for your order.
