We recently visited Jack’s while staying overnight in the area, and I want to share an experience that really speaks to how a business handles customer service. Got sick on bologna sandwiches. Soggy hashbrowns. Mgr talked to distract Mgr, SHE HAS FAILED TO RESPOND. Did refund. That's Jack's solution. If you value your health stay away from Jack's.
Incredibly slow service. They will take 15 minutes to make two biscuits.
