Typical drive-thru burger joint. Nothing special to me.
Ordered through the drive thru and it was like they could hardly hear what we ordered. Got to the windows and had everything wrong. Hailey fixed our food and got us straight! Give this woman a raise asap!!! She corrected the mistake and was very nice about it.
My children and I stopped by on our way back to Virginia. First time at Jacks. The manager and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We all agreed that they had the BEST chicken and variety of sauces around!
