Great place to have breakfast
Horrible service. Placed online order at 5:40 pm. The app said order would be ready at 5:50. I arrive at 6:05 to be told it will be another 10 minutes while the old grumpy lady running things loudly repeats herself saying " I don't care about the online orders, make everything else first!" Terrible terrible terrible 🤦♂️🤦♂️
This was the first time I have ever eaten at a Jack's. I visited the Purvis location because I was having my motorcycle worked on and it was getting close to lunch time. I ordered at 11:29 am on 1-21-2026. I bought the Big jack meal number 1, asked for a large fry and what I got looked like something from the kids menu. The fry was at best 3 inches wide and 3 inches tall with maybe 10 fries inside of it.
