Use to be this was a great Jacks in the recent months everything about it has gone downhill. Been by multiple times around lunch and been told no chicken. Staff is crowded in the office and customer service is non existent.
I have ate at several Jack's in the area. My last visits to the Hackleberry Lane and Skyland was extremely disappointing This location the entire staff was friendly, polite, and took time to speak with all customers. I would like to thank the young woman who was cooking. The fried chicken sandwich was the best I have had from any restaurant. Took a chance ordering breakfast, that's on me. Watery grits, watery gravy, pancakes smh. A shame to have to drive across town at the same establishment to get a decent breakfast.
