I have been eating at Jacks for many years. My oldest daughter worked there through high school. Today is the first time I have ever been displeased. I ordered a deluxe breakfast with sausage, an additional side of bacon, and a large coffee. We love eating at Jack’s. The food is good and the service is extra special. Danielle waited on us yesterday. She was courteous, friendly and helpful. The manager, Belle, is awesome. She has an engaging smile for everyone, is efficient and treats customers and employees with kindness.
Everyone at Jack’s New Albany MS are all professional awesome employees. I’ve never had a bad experience there.
