If I could give less than a single star I would! Terrible service employees literally arguing and fighting in the kitchen. I never received my order and they are saying they don't t know how to give me a refund!
The cashier Amoine was of great service nice friendly .Very professinal
I ordered 2 burgers with m&k. I got 3 burgers with m,k&some kind of sauce and pickles and onions. Should have checked my order before I left. Got all the way home and threw them in the trash. Cashier repeated my order twice and was very nice but worker's can’t read or don’t care. I have eaten at this Jacks many times and this was the worst.
The food is outstanding and customer service is ok but needs to be more friendly than just give me your money and go
